If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry — you can reset it in just a few steps.
⚠️ Password reset is only available for accounts created using email and password.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, you’ll need to sign in using that same method.
Step 1
Open the app and go to the Sign In screen.
Tap Forgot password.
Step 2
Enter the email address associated with your account, then tap the reset button.
If the email address is registered, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Didn’t receive the email?
If you don’t see the reset email within a few minutes:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Try again using any other email you may have used to sign up
If you signed up using Apple or Google, you won’t receive a password reset email. Please sign in using that method instead.
